Estimated fees

Conference fees will include the registration for the conference and the on-site accommodation (all-inclusive). Estimated prices are to date as follows:

Regular registration: 1800 €

PhD student registration: 1500 €

Reduced fares will be proposed for early registrations (150 € discount), and penalties will be applied for late registrations (150 € increase).

An additional 100 € discount will be applied for SF2M or AFM members.

On-line registration opening: September 1^st, 2025

Earlybird registrations fees until: December 15^th, 2025

Late registration rate after: April 5^th, 2026
