Templates for oral presentations and posters
Lectures and Talks Plenary lectures will be 1h long, including questions. Time slots for regular talks are 20 min long (15 min presentation + 5 min discussion). Posters Posters will be installed on double-sided poster boards (96 cm wide, 200 cm high) and will remain on display for the duration of the event, from Sunday, May 3rd to Thursday, May 7th. The ideal poster size is A0 and must be portrait-format. For fixing, paste adhesives or double-sided stickers can be used (will be supplied). Posters will be presented in two dedicated sessions, presenters being expected to be present at both sessions.
